Overview
Students will explore essential features of the American political system.
Requirements
Completion of at least 9 credit hours by taking:
a) PLSI 1301* - American Politics, and
b) at least two upper-division courses listed in the American Politics and/or Public Law subfields of Political Science as listed in the COSB.
*Students coming to Trinity with credit for American Politics must take at least three upper division courses listed in the aforementioned subfields.

- A student must complete at least one Discovery to qualify for graduation .
- Courses in the Discovery must be taken at Trinity University.
- Students can also fulfill the Discovery requirement by completing a second major or a minor.
